the smell of mint tea reminds me of days of confusion, choosing between two lands is never an easy decision. one calls out to you as home, the otehr calls out to your future. what do you choose. in the end, im been lucky, touch wood, landing up with a good ending to all my decisions.
i remember when i was on E, the seocnd night, and my horrible self destructive trip had taken a rather pleasent turn and i felt happy. just pure plain happiness. and i felt so luck for everything that i have, for my family, for my friends, for the love people arond me give me and the amount of love i have to give. i have so much. inspite of losing so much, i still have so much more.
everything works out for the larger good. i sincerely believe i was a good person in my last life, if i even had one.
mint tea, with just plain water. not very appealing on the first sip, but as the aromas catch in and the aftertaste becomes stronger, its quite a refreshing feeling.
my arms are sore, as are the muscles right under my shoulders and my upper abs. pilates today worked me more than it felt obviously.its a good pain.so i shoudlnt complain.
guitar class is long due.i messed aorund with a few chords and put an old piece of writing of mine to tune.
watching me
i could cry if you gave up on me
but id push you away if you came very close.
you can still mistreat me, in your own special way.
and i, i will appreciate the tiny efforts you hardly make.
so many reasons why we could be together,
but only one holds us apart, and rightly so.
ive been tapping my feet to a different beat
and i know that youve been watching me.
ive been watching you too.
it was a long time ago. i think i analyse it well now.i coudlnt let him give up, but i knew that if he did try and come close i would push him awaybecause i would be dead afraid that he would hurt me some more. i let him mistreat me because i knew that he'd stay longer if i let him. and we fit well, we did. but the one reason we coudlnt be together was because the damage was already made. we both knew all this, because we were watching each other evry closely all along.letting go is never easy. and denial is.
the hot tea, moving down my throat, is pleasent.
i think the 20's are the time when your hormones settle and you are out of the mad teenage phase whereyou believe you are invincible, and you grow knowing youve learnt so much but know and admit that there is way more for you to learn.now is where we learn how to bandage our wounds instead of prenetding they were never there in the first place because of our invincibility of course.
thats about it.
and music is the universal language.
yep. thats about it.
oh. and listen to ananda shankar.
